In this program, I will guide you through the science of Letting Go. You will learn a powerful technique to scan the body and release emotions and thoughts to assist the body to settle in for meditation As we shift seasons, we want to also reflect on letting go of what no longer serves us. Each days inspiration will also provide 1 reflection question for journaling to assist you in the Letting Go process. Give yourself permission to prioritize what feels good to you. We don’t have to feel obligated to do anything or stay in any situation that brings negativity into our life. In this program you will learn 3 things: 1. To understand and experience how to LET GO in the body and the mind. 2. Community to help support us, and stay accountable. 3. Consistent practice.
